We do not quote land over the phone. We come out, walk it, and price the job we can actually see.

We run a skid steer, trackhoe, mini excavator, and a dozer with laser grade control, and rent in anything a job needs.

How a job goes
You tell us about the property
Call or send the form. Acreage, what is growing, what you want it to look like when we leave, and roughly where it is.
We come walk it
One of us comes out and looks at it in person. Access, terrain, tree size, density, and anything buried or hidden we need to know about.
You get a number
We put the estimate together after the visit, not standing in your yard guessing. You get a scope and a price for the work we agreed on.
We do the work
We schedule it, show up, and finish it. If conditions change once we are into it, you hear about it from us before anything else happens.
FAQ
Where does H&A Landworks work?
We are based in Vilonia and most of our work is across Central Arkansas - Conway, Greenbrier, Cabot, Searcy, Beebe, Morrilton, Clinton, Heber Springs and the acreage around Little Rock. We will travel anywhere in Arkansas for the right job, so if you are further out it is still worth asking.
How much does forestry mulching cost?
Mulching runs on a day rate with a $2,250 daily minimum, covering light vegetation and density with trees roughly six inches and under. Dozer work is priced by the hour or by the day. Everything else is quoted after we look at the property.
Do you give estimates over the phone?
No. We come out and walk the property first. You cannot price land you have not stood on, and a number given over the phone is a guess that helps neither of us.
How fast will you get back to me?
Same day. Call or text the number on this site, or send the form, and one of us will get back to you.
Who actually shows up to do the work?
Luke or Grady, and usually both. H&A Landworks is owner-operated, so the people who look at your property are the people running the machines on it.
What else do you do besides the four main services?
Alongside mulching, brush clearing, driveways, and excavation we handle stump removal, land leveling and grading, pond digging and pond repair, and general dozer work. If you are not sure whether something fits, ask.
Are you insured?
Yes, H&A Landworks is insured. If you need proof of coverage before we start work on your property, just ask and we will get it to you.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. We work residential and commercial, and we are not picky about size. If it is small enough that hiring us does not make sense for you, we will say so.
