About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by H&A Landworks LLC of Vilonia, Arkansas. They apply to the website only. They are not a contract for construction, land clearing, excavation, or any other service. Work we perform for you is governed by the written estimate and scope you accept before that work begins, and where those documents conflict with anything on this site, those documents control.

Information on this site

We publish the information on this site in good faith and keep it accurate to the best of our knowledge. Descriptions of services explain the kind of work we do in general terms. They are not a promise that any particular result is achievable on your property, because the condition, access, terrain, vegetation, soil, and drainage of a given site determine what is actually possible there. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a substitute for an on-site assessment.

Pricing information

Any prices shown on this site, including the forestry mulching day rate and daily minimum, are current starting figures published to help you understand how we price work. They are not a quote and they are not binding. Actual pricing for your project comes from a written estimate prepared after one of us has visited and assessed the property. Prices on this site may change without notice, and the figures stated in your estimate are the ones that apply to your work.

Requests submitted through this site

Submitting a request through this site starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a place on our schedule, or obligate either of us to anything. We will respond and, if the work suits us both, arrange to come look at the property. We may decline any request, and you are free to decline any estimate. A project becomes an agreement only when a written scope and price are accepted by both parties.

Intellectual property

The H&A Landworks name, logo, and the text and layout of this site belong to H&A Landworks LLC or are used with permission. Photography on this site that is not our own is licensed from third parties, and each such image is attributed on our credits page with its creator, license, and source. You may view, print, and share this site for your own non-commercial purposes. Please do not reproduce our branding or content commercially without asking us first.

Limitations and governing law

This website is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or current, and to the extent Arkansas law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site itself as distinct from services we contract to perform. Our liability for work we actually perform is governed by the agreement covering that work. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
