Notice at collection
H&A Landworks LLC of Vilonia, Arkansas operates this website. This notice explains what we collect through the site, why, and what choices you have. We collect identifiers and project details that you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, property location, and a description of the work you want. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry, assess and price the work, and carry it out if you engage us. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
What this preview site does and does not do
This version of the site is a review build. The enquiry form on it is intentionally non-transmitting: submitting it does not send your details anywhere, does not place them in a web address, and does not store them on a server. It moves you to a confirmation page and nothing more. No analytics, advertising, pixel, session-replay, chat, or third-party embed is loaded, and no such script is present with a live source waiting to run. When the site moves to production and a live form and analytics are connected, this notice will be updated to name each provider, what it receives, and how long it is kept, before any of it is switched on.
Storage on your device
We use a single piece of essential browser storage, which records the privacy choice you make in the banner so that we do not ask you again on every page. It contains no identifier that can be used to recognise you elsewhere and is not shared with anyone. Because it exists purely to deliver a function you have asked for, it is treated as strictly necessary. Optional storage for analytics or advertising is not set unless and until you allow it, and none is currently present on this site to allow.
Your privacy choices and Global Privacy Control
The Privacy Choices control in the footer opens the privacy banner at any time, on any page, so you can review or change your decision, including withdrawing a permission you previously gave. Choosing Essential Only keeps optional technologies switched off. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it automatically as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information and of cross-context behavioural advertising, and the site tells you on screen that it has been recognised. You do not need to take any further action for that signal to take effect.
Hosting, retention, and security
The site is served as static files from Cloudflare's network, which acts as our hosting provider and processes standard connection information such as your IP address and request details for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not maintain our own analytics database for this site. Information you send us directly, by phone, text, or email, is kept for as long as we need it to quote and complete your work and to meet our record-keeping and tax obligations, after which it is disposed of. We take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights and how to reach us
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. Arkansas residents and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, may exercise these rights by contacting us. We will verify your request using information we already hold and respond within the time the applicable law allows.
